GV II
Outbuildings including coach-house and stables. c1800 of 2 builds; altered. Coursed magnesian limestone, stone slate eaves courses to pantile roofs. 2 storeys; left-hand part, set forward, is of 3 bays; earlier part to right is of similar length. Left-hand part: stable door on left flanked by C20 casements beneath flat arches; 2 basket-arched carriage openings to right; 1st floor has 3 square window openings, that on right with an old horizontally-sliding sash with glazing bars. Right-hand part: large quoins; blocked central basket-arched waggon entrance now with large 16-pane sash; to left an old 2-panel door and small sash window; to right an inserted door with large 16-pane sash beyond; small window over arch, blocked window openings to each side. Each part has a stone ridge stack and end stack on right. Interior of left-hand part: cast-iron range in ashlar surround within left archway; within right-hand archway is a cobbled floor and internal stone steps up to lst-floor room with fireplace. Included for group value.
