LS28 FULNECK SE23SW PUDSEY (north side) No 39 4/127 II GV
Meeting room and Minister's house now house, c1745. 2 storeys.5-bay symmetrical facade. Quoin pilaster strip terminates at 1st floor band, raised quoins above. Doorway has monolithic jambs, 6-panel door and overlight. Semicircular-arched stair-window above with impost blocks and keystone has margin glazing. Bays to either side have 4-pane sashes in raised plain stone surrounds with projecting sills. Gutter brackets. End stacks. The roof timbers reveal structural supports for a cupola since removed (Brook, p2). Added bay to left of less interest. Benjamin Ingham purchased the house for the Moravians from Benjamin Moss who had built another house, Little Moor Hall, of similar character (now demolished) (Brook, p2). H.L.
