House. Early-mid Cl7. Thin-coursed rubble and roughly dressed quoins, (rendered and white-washed), stone slate roof. 2 storeys with single-storey outshut to rear. 2-cell baffle-entry plan. 1st cell has doorway with composite jambs, Tudor-arched lintel with stop-chamfered surround which continues to form spandrels on lintel. Over door is hoodmould. To right former 3-light double-chamfered mullioned , window with lowered sill lacking mullions and wider window above the render obscuring any detail. 2nd cell has similar windows. Brick stacks inset from gables, that to left on original stone base. Rear has 2 windows to left of doorway; one formerly of 2 lights has chamfered lintel, the other retains 16-pane sash. Doorway with plain wooden surround. Set between cells is later doorway with monolithic jambs (blocked). Right-hand return has small chamfered light to ground floor. Left-hand return is unrendered and reveals stone coursing and quoins.
