Market Place 1. l480 (South Side) No 40 SE 2045 1/217 II GV 2. Early C19. Three storeys in painted stone, brick to side. Stone slate roof. One window, no glazing bars, band continues cills. First floor window cut by fascia to modern shop. Included as part of a group.

Nos 30 to 40 (even) form a group with Nos 22 and 24 and with Leeds House Cafe, Butter Cross and Jubilee Clock.
