SE 11 SE THE VILLAGE Thurstonland 5/130 Small former barn now 10th December 1980 adjoining No. 5 Upper Fold Farmhouse (formerly listed as Small barn immediately north of principal barn at Upper Fold Farm)

Small cruck framed former barn, now part of dwelling. Probably C16. Coursed rubble. Stone slate roof (turned). Various recent window openings. Interior: Two cruck trusses, both with collar and on stone footings. One has sawn off tie-beam which continues into wall at each side. Heavy purlins to each pitch.
