6.4.67 II

Mill, now house. Early C19. Painted stucco with hipped slate roofs and lead ridges and arrisses. Central octagonal tower flanked by one storey wings on north & south which return to east, that to the south continuing with 2 storey pavilion and single storey wing to form three corners of rectangle. 3 storey tower and 2 storey pavilion linked by one storey wings, ridge chimneys on south wing and flanking chimneys on pavilion; wide flat overhanging eaves. West Elevation:- Central octagon with one glazing bar sash to each face above simple double doors under pediment on ground and first floors in central face, flanked by symmetrical wings with recessed faces under overhanging roof on thin cast iron columns for three bays with outer, South bay projecting to eaves level. One window to each bay, that to far left blocked and C20 half glazed door in nearest bay to centre on right.
