Pair of cottages, 1863, for the 2nd Marquis of Westminster. Brown brick with grey slate gabled roofs. Flat gauged brick arches to openings in lower storey. No.2 retains iron lattice casements in timber sub-frames; No.1 has 4-pane timber casements; and a small hipped bay window in the gable facing Kinnerton Lane, in unaltered openings.
