II

House, now Public House. C17 and early C19 altered C20. Part painted brick, part timber framed with brick infill, slate gabled roof to south, old tile half hipped roof on north.Parallel ridge plan with C17 part on north. 2 storeys. Flanking chimneys on south, C19 chimney on ridge to west of north part. South front: 2 bays of sash windows with glazing bars on first floor; ground floor has one tall 3-light casement on left with small panes, similar one right with C20 closed entrance porch with small pitched roof in centre. North part of 3 framed bays with painted brick infill,and scattered fenestration of C19 casements within timber framing.
