Coaching inn, now a public house. Mid C18, formerly with the date 1752 nailed on a door. Rendered, pantile roof behind moulded parapet and cornice. 3 storeys and cellar, 3 bays plus one to right. Sash windows with vertical glazing bars, in raised surrounds with bead moulding and keystones; plain bands over. Central 6-panel door in moulded architrave with keystone and under a flat stone hood on brackets. At the right is a segmental headed coach entry with a keystone and imposts; above are 2 storeys with quoins, terminating in a pediment and parapet; first floor window has a semi-circular panel over.
