Small house including garden wall to south. C18. Slatestone rubble walls,
corrugated asbestos roof (originally thatched) with brick chimneys over gable ends.
2 room, through passage plan plus later, small lean-to, rear, middle. 2 storeys. 3
window, low symmetrical south front (originally 2 windows). Central doorway with
boarded door. C20 window over door is in widened or inserted C20 opening. Other
windows are C19, 12 pane, 2 light casements. Wooden lintels (first floor ones
cemented over).
Interior has pine muntin and plank screen, large internal chimney breasts and
original structural timberwork.
