Drinking fountain. 1905. Erected in memory of Joseph Charles Kennerley. Polished granite. Aedicule with engaged Tuscan columns pulvinated frieze with acanthus corners surmounted by low pitched triangular pediment with anchor in tympanum. The aedicule encloses frame containing dolphin faucet over scalloped shell basin.
