PULFORD C.P. WREXHAM ROAD (West side), Manor Cottages and attached storeshed and domestic offices

Handed pair of cottages, 1867, for the 2nd Marquis of Westminster. Brown brick in Flemish bond on sandstone plinth with grey slate gabled roofs and a square central chimney of brick. One window cottages of 2 storeys, each with a gable near the centre of the front. Cast iron lattice casements and framed and boarded doors under label-moulded sandstone lintels. Simplified Jacobean in expression. The single storey attached outbuilding at the rear is little altered structurally, but re-roofed in corrugated asbestos.
