House. Possibly with C17 origins, remodelled in late C18. Rubblestone, rendered on front and slate hung on right hand gable end. Slate roof with gable ends continued to rear in outshut. Large projecting slate hung rubblestone stack on right hand gable end and to outshut on right. Brick shaft to stack on left hand gable end. 2 rooms deep with projecting rear wing on south west. Through passage retained. 2 storeys, symmetrical 3 window west front. Ground floor with 2 tripartite late C19 sashes flanking central 6 panel door, partly glazed. Doric porch with replacement thin iron columns on replacement tall square bases. Timber pilasters to rear. Above, three C19 4-pane sashes with horns. Slate flags to through passage remain. Pegged collar rafter roof. Deeds from 1670 when part of Trelawney estate.
