Early C19 villa. Rendered. Hipped slate roof. Ashlar stacks. Decorative bargeboards around 2 sides. Two storeys. Three windows, glazing bar sashes, some with 20 panes to west, some false. South side has 6-panel door with fanlight in plain stone surround and 'gothic' window to left. Decorative case iron verandah on south and west sides. Rear wing.
