Details
AUDLEM C.P. SANDY LANE SJ 64 SE 8/11 Beech Tree House - - II House. Early C19. Rendered brick with ashlar dressings and a slate roof. Two storeys. Entrance front: three bays symmetrically disposed. Central ground floor doorway with fluted pilasters to either side and open pediment above containing a fanlight with a six- panel door. To either side are ground floor windows of 4 x 4 sash panes with ashlar sills and wedge lintels and projecting keystones. To either side at first floor level are similar windows with a similar window of 3 x 4 panes to the centre. Moulded cornice to the top of the wall of painted stone. The gable ends have ashlar coping stones and ridge chimney stacks.
