Farmhouse with adjoining cottage. Probably C18, extended circa early C19. Granite
rubble with granite dressings. Asbestos slate roof with original granite ashlar
stack over gable end, right, and brick chimneys over party wall and left-hand gable
of later cottage, left. Large external chimney breast, right.
Plan: 2 room C18 house, right, with hall/kitchen in larger right hand room with cross
passage between and 2 room cottage addition left, possibly originally a farm
building. C19 lean-tos at rear of house.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Overall 3 window south-east front, 1 window front of cottage
left and 2 window front of house, right. The house has nearly symmetrical front with
doorway central to the fenestration. C20 door and porch. Circa late C19 4-pane
horned sashes. The cottage has doorway slightly right to middle and small windows at
either side. Circa early C19 12-pane 2-light casement over the doorway.
