PERRANZABULOE COCKS SW 75 SE 5/66 Nos I (Meadowside), 2 and 3, including front garden walls - GV II
Terrace of 2 houses and 1 cottage including front garden walls. Circa early-mid C19. Killas rubble with granite lintels over the openings. Asbestos slate roof with brick chimneys over the gable ends and over the cross party walls. Plan: Double-depth plan. On the left and middle are 2 similar houses and on the right is a cottage. Each house has 2 rooms at the front flanking a central entrance hall leading probably to stair hall between rear service rooms. Cottage has 1 room at the front, entrance lobby on the left, and probably stair and service room behind. Exterior: 2 storeys. Unaltered terrace of 2 houses (left and middle) and 1 cottage (right). All have their original doors and windows. Panelled doors with 2 tall round-arched panels. Windows are 12-pane hornless sashes. Left-hand house (Meadowside) has old box porch in front of doorway. Overall 7-window front. Houses have symmetrical 3-window fronts with central doorways, cottage has 1-window front with doorway on its left. Rubble coped rubble walls in front of front gardens. Interior: Not inspected but may be as unaltered as the exterior.
