Shop, early C19 with extensive later alterations. Rendered rubble with quoins. Graduated slate roof with stone chimney to south end. 2 storeys, 2 bays. C20 shop front with 2 casement windows to 1st floor in stone surrounds. Although severely altered, it structurally forms a part with no. 16 and is therefore included for group value.
