Small house at the end of a row. Circa early-mid C19. Killas rubble with granite
dressings and brick arches over the openings. Asbestos slate roof with brick
chimneys over the gable ends. Grouted scantle slate roof over lean-to on the right.
Plan: 2-room plan house with central entrance lobby plus later C19 1-room-plan lean-
to addition on the right.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-window front with central doorway. C20 door.
Original 16-pane hornless sashes except that glazing bars have been removed from
lower lights of ground floor windows. C20 conservatory in front of doorway and left-
hand window. C19 lean-to on the right with doorway and adjoining window (C20 door
and window) on the ground floor and original 12-pane hornless sash above.
Interior: Not inspected.
