ST AGNES BRITISH ROAD SW 75 SW 4/130 Nos 10, 11 and 12, including front garden walls - GV II
Row of 1 house and 3 cottages, now 3 houses, including front garden walls. Circa early-mid C19. Killas rubble walls with brick arches over the openings. Asbestos slate over house and adjoining cottage, dry Delabole slate over former pair of cottages (right). Brick chimneys over gable ends on the left, over party walls and over hipped ends on the right. Plan: Double depth plans. House, on the left, has 2 rooms at the front flanking a central entrance hall; cottages each have one room at the front and an entrance hall at one side. Pair of cottages, at right angles behind the right-hand end. Exterior: 2 storeys. Overall 7-window front. House (left) has symmetrical 3-window front wit central doorway. C20 door, overlight. Original 12-pane hornless sashes. Cottage adjoining house has 1-window front with doorway on the right. Former pair of cottages (right) is lower and has symmetrical 3-window front with pair of doorways in the middle (left-hand doorway blocked). C20 doors, circa late C19 horned sashes. Granite coped garden walls. Interiors not inspected.
