Cottage C17/C18, C20 single-storey addition at right gable end. White washed slatestone rubble and cob with roof of stone slates and gable coping stones at left gable end. Range 1 room deep, 2 rooms wide with projecting stack at right gable end an off-centre entrance into stair hall. 2 storey, 2 window range. Off-centre porch formed from 3 single slates; ground floor windows C20 casements with slate sills and drip ledges. First floor windows similar casements with slate sills, renewed windows to rear, 1 first-floor window under raking roof projecting slightly above eaves line. Ground floor fireplace retains wooden fireplace beam.
