YATTON C.P. CHURCH ROAD (south side) ST 46 NW 5/148 7 Monuments to the Joules family set in enclosure, in the churchyard about 8 metres north east of chancel of Church of St. Mary G.V. II Group of 7 headstones and footstone in wrought iron enclosure. Mid C19 and later. Limestone head and footstones with shaped tops, enclosed by wrought iron railing on twisted uprights with spear finials, twisted horizontals, 2 fleur-de- lys finials to east. Headstones include Richard Joules, 1867 and Druscilla, 1929. The Joules family were local gypsies. Included for historic interest.
