Farmhouse, probably late C16 with later alterations and additions including C17 staircase wing and mid C19 extension to South at lower level. Roughcast render over rubble; graduated greenslate roof with stone ridge and 2 projecting end chimneys to main house; one chimney to extension. 2 storeys. 3 windows, irregular: mostly 2- or 4-light cross windows with chamfered mullions and surrounds, directly glazed or with iron opening casements. Hood moulds with labels to 2 left-hand upper floor windows. Central stone gabled porch,probably C19 addition,with slate roof, side benches and board door. Extension has C19 casement to each floor and lean-to porch with board door. Staircase wing to rear has 3 windows, one blocked, with chamfered mullions and surrounds under hood moulds with labels. Interior has chamfered beams, oak staircase with closed string and turned balusters to landing and lower flight, square newels surmounted by acorns on landing; board door with strap hinges; spice cupboard with C17 panelled door.
