Pair of attached house. Late C19 with some C20 alterations. Slatestone rubble with
brick dressings; partly asbestos slate-hung. Asbestos slate roof with ridge tiles
and gable ends. Axial stack to left with brick shaft; the gable end stack to right
has been removed.
Plan: Pair of attached houses, with Harbour View to left and Seaforth to right.
Each house is of one-room plan, with the entrance to left and the room to right;
Harbour View has the room heated from the axial stack and Seaforth formerly had the
room heated from an end stack to right. At the left end there is an open passage,
with a room above belonging to Harbour View.
Exterior: 2 storeys, an asymmetrical 3-window front. Ground floor has C20 half-
glazed door to each house and to the right of each door a C19 12-pane sash with
cambered brick arch. At first floor there are two C19 12-pane sashes with cambered
brick arches. Over the passage at the left end the upper room has asbestos slate-
hung front and C19 12-pane sash. The sides abut the adjoining houses.
