Public house. Early C17. Colour washed brick and rough cast over timber frame. Old clay tile roof. H-plan with additions, 2 storeys. LH cross-wing: C19 projecting bay to ground floor, 2-light casement to first floor. Main block: C20 porch, flush sash with glazing bars to ground floor, casements to first floor. RH cross-wing: flush sash with glazing bars under cambered head to ground floor, flush sash with glazing bars to first floor. Red brick ridge stack with 2 diagonal shafts to main block. RH cross-wing has red brick double stack with rendered base. Lean-to additions to both cross-wings, one storey wing added to SW.
