Old Priory House
(Formerly listed as Beadlow Cottage)

House. Circa 1600 and C18, restored C20. Timber framed construction, S block
fairly close studded, with red brick infill. Clay tile roofs. L-plan, 2
storeys and attics. S elevation : 2 3-light leaded casements to each floor.
Red brick double ridge stack. W elevation : LH part of rear block apparently
later with lighter framing. Variety of sizes of leaded casements, mostly of
2-lights, 4 each to ground and first floors, one to main block attic. Red
brick integral stack to N gable end. C20 gabled porch L of junction of 2
wings. C20 2-storeyed gabled additions within NE angle.
