House, formerly a mill and mill house. Circa 1700. Timber framed structure with red brick infill and plinth, the house with pebbledash render. Clay tile roof. 2 storeyed 2-room plan house, with mill building of same height adjoining to S and projecting to rear, forming T-plan. W elevation: ground floor has 2 2-light casements with glazing bars, first floor (including mill) has 4 casement windows in similar style. Plank doors, one to centre of house, one to LH of mill. House has C20 gabled porch. Red brick ridge stack at junction between house and mill. Mill has sack hoist projecting from apex of RH gable.
