ALVANLEY C.P. MANLEY ROAD North East Side Griffith Tomb 13 metres west of west end of south aisle of Church of St John.

II

GV Table tomb circa 1800, of sandstone. The table is supported on 3 cross-slabs, each with a narrow oval panel on each end and the outer ones with a broad oval panel on each outer side. Sarah wife of Joseph Griffith died 1799 aged 26, Joseph died 1840 aged 86, Ellen 2nd wife of Joseph died 1858 aged 74, Ellen their daughter died 1856 aged 48, William their son died 1862 aged 43, David son of Joseph and Sarah died 1861 aged 70 are commemorated.
