Former farm house now dwelling, early C19. Red brick in Flemish Bond with tile roof. 2 storeys and attic, 3-bay garden front. Large late C19 octagonal bays, with sashes, flank slightly projecting central bay which has fully glazed door with radial bar fanlight, stone moulded springers and keystone with leaf motif. Recessed sashes at first floor with stone sills and skewback heads. Eaves fascia with moulded cast iron gutter, gable end stacks. The return east has 2 bays with recessed sashes, some with glazing bars.
