Farmhouse circa 1860, built as part of the Tollemache Estate. Red brick with tile roof. 2 storeys, 4 bays, gabled, "L" shaped plan. An open timber porch, with timber posts off brick wall, has gabled roof with board filled apex. This leads to a half glazed four panel door with rectangular fanlight, false strap hinges and ornamental cast iron door furniture. All windows have cast iron hexagonal lozenge casements in wood frames, those at first floor level in steeply pitched gabled half dormers with planted timber framing and finials. The steeply pitched roof has high standing chimneys with divided flues. The rear wing has a mid-roof slope gabled dormer. Interior: Exposed softwood chamfered beams.
