Formerly farmhouse, now house: C17 with C20 extensions to rear and right. Timber framed with plastered infill on a rendered stone plinth. Kerridge stone-slate roof, stone ridge. Originally rectangular in plan now L-shaped. Shows 7 by 3 timber small frames with angle bracing of the wall plate. 2 C20 casements below and a 3-light casement in a gabled half dormer with coving above the window. Gable end shows a tiebeam and collar roof truss. Projecting gabled timber framed porch at this end is an addition.
Interior: Almost completely altered, some exposed ceiling beams not necessarily in position.
