Formerly lodge now house: c1850 for William Clayton with C20 extensions. Coursed, squared buff sandstone rubble with ashlar dressings. Pyramidal Welsh slate roof, red tile ridge and a stone chimney. Hexagonal in plan. 2 storeys, 2-light casements in chamfered stone surrounds on 3 faces. Stone band at eaves supports ashlar castellations. Door now in extension to rear.
Probably built when Endon Hall was extended c1850.
