Formerly house now public house: dated 1753 with mid C19 alterations Flemish bond red-brick with some yellow headers. Kerridge stone-slate roof, stone ridge and 2 brick chimneys. Double pile plan. 2-storey, symmetrical 3-bay front. Windows 16-pane sashes under rough brick segmental heads. Half-glazed door behind gabled brick porch. Date tablet above reads TMP 1753. To rear semi-circular headed window with fixed iron small panes, lights stairs. Interior: Some exposed chamfered beams and suggestions of hoods over gable fireplaces.
C20 brick extension to the left not of special interest.
