Weir. Late C19. Coursed rubble and red English garden wall bond
brick with stone dressings. Semi-circular weir pool with
semi-circular water fall wall of coursed rubble with moulded, lipped
coping. Facing this is a straight brick wall with four large drain
holes with stone surrounds. Slightly battered buttresses of coursed
rubble in angles between this and the semi-circular wall. Side of
bridge has similar brick wall with 4 drain holes and buttresses but
with stone sills to the drain holes.
