2. Block of 3 shops built 1907 in Norman Shaw style by Wright, Garnett and Wright. Red brick, gabled, with dentilled cornice to ground floor (No 78 altered), oriel windows to 1st floor with small panes and stuccoed ornamented panels and ornamented gables, dated 1907. An attic storey above. No 76 continues round corner into Legh Street. No 80 adjoins the Education Office.
Nos 76 to 86 (even) Borough Treasurer's Office and Bank House Tmn Hall with Eastern and Western Outbuildings, Entrance gates, piers and lamps, lamps on east and west drives form a group with Nos 73, l0lA, lOlB.]
