Farm house E R A 1677 on datestone and restoration of 1885 (second datestone). Red English garden wall bond brick and stone. Stone slate roof with lead flashings. Two storeys. Entrance front: stone plinth, C19 porch to left of centre with two 2-light ground floor casement windows with chamfered stone surrounds and mullions to right. Two similar windows to left of porch set in stone wall. String course immediately above stone surrounds. Two 2-light similar windows to first floor left under gable. One 4-light similar window to right. To right of this is a projecting gabled wing with C19 brickwork and stone quoins with two 2-light chamfered stone surrounds to casement windows. Similar windows to first floor. C17 datestone to gable. Right hand side has C19 datestone, left hand side has stone ground floor walling and stone off-set buttress to right of centre. C19 windows to ground and first floors.
