Lodge. 1904. Red English garden wall bond brick with slate roof. Angled plan of 2 ranges set at 45°. Road frontage: archway to right of centre with stone dressings. Set-backs to arch. Angled oriel window above supported on stone corbel with lateral window of 2 x 3 panes and 2 side casements of 1 x 3 panes. Stone to left inscribed ANCOATS HOSPITAL CONVALESCENT HOME: 1904. To left of angle is a door with glazed upper lights. To its left a window of 6 casement lights of 2 x 4 panes with 1st floor window of 4 lights of 2 x 2 panes.
