Details
LOFTUS WATER LANE NZ 7218 (west side), Loftus. 4/70 Kingdom Hall. G.V. II Lodge to Loftus Hall (Nos. 12 and 14 Hall Grounds q.v.),c,1840, now a church. Chevron-tooled dressed sandstone with plinth. Welsh slate roof. Single storey, one bay to each face. Entered from lean-to porch on west side. North face has triple-light fixed window with margin lights and projecting sill. Similar window in south face, partly obscured by lean-to extension. Fixed-light window with glazing bars below eaves in east face. Band at eaves. Hipped shallow-pitched roof with deep overhanging eaves and boarded soffit. Lateral stack on east side. Lean-to extension on south side and porch on west side are not of interest. Included for group value.
