LOFTUS LIVERTON VILLAGE NZ 71 NW (east side) 1/52 Shrubberies Cottage and adjoining barn. - II Cottage,c.1800 and slightly later barn adjoining left. Dressed sandstone; barn of coursed rubble. Clay pantile roofs, that on cottage renewed, with stone ridge and gable copings, block kneelers and stacks rebuilt in brick. Cottage: 2 storeys, 2 windows. Boarded door at left. Enlarged ground- floor window opening. Mid C20 metal casements. End stacks. Single-storey barn has off-centre boarded door. Double-leaf boarded doors in left return. Cottage has horizontal sash window with glazing bars on first floor at rear.
