Edwardian semi-detached estate cottages Early C20 : Vernacular Revival. Dressed sandstone; plain clay tile roof; central stack. 1½ storeys. Symmetrical: doorways to L & R with tiled timber-bracketed canopies. 2 mullioned leaded-light windows to each floor. First floor windows are contained within large gable dormer with tile-hanging above. Extensions to rear (S. side). are not of interest. Included for group value with No. 13 Upleatham Village.
