Late C18/early C19. Two storeys and attic. Three windows, glazing bar sashes in flush frames. Brick, but rendered since previous list. Modern double Roman tiles. Central dormer with sliding sash. Two ground floor bow windows with dentil cornice; central architrave doorway with key block and dentil cornice to hood. Tablet on left inscribed "CHESTNUT HOUSE". Large modern attic windows to rear; also a single storey extension partly pantiled.
