House. Circa early C17. Painted rubblestone with asbestos slate roof with gable
ends. Rubblestone stack in left-hand gable end and rear lateral rubblestone stack to
hall. Single depth, 3 room and cross passage plan with staircase projection to rear.
2 storeys, asymmetrical 4 window front.
Ground floor with 2-light C20 casement and 3-light C20 window, both without glazing
bars, flanking entrance. C20 rubblestone porch with C20 glazing and door placed in
side wall. Hipped slate roof. Door within with granite hollow chamfered 3-centred
arch and jambs with stops. To right C20 glazed door in earlier window opening.
Slate hood continuing along right-hand side above ground floor window and door.
Above four C20 2-light windows. Eaves line of roof raised. Rubblestone lean-to on
left-hand gable end. Staircase projection to rear.
Interior with partitions between hall and room beyond removed. Large granite hall
fireplace,
