LISKEARD ROAD 1. 5155 (south side) Latchbrook House SX 45 NW 4/76 II 2. Circa 1800. Now stranded on the old Liskeard Road by the new A38 like in oxbour lake. 2 storeys in 2 parts. South end slate hung with modillion cornice and 4 windows, glazing bar sashes. Glazed porch left of centre. North part lower and rendered. 3 windows, glazing bar sashes, with central door. Slate roofs. Side part has a lateral chimney to rear.
