GV II

House. Mid C19 with few later alterations. Painted stone rubble, slate-hung at the left side. Hipped slate roof with crested ridge tiles and rendered stacks to left and right. Plan: Double depth plan, with central entrance and principal room to front left and right.

Exterior: 2 storeys, symmetrical 3-window range, all C19 12-pane sashes with cambered heads and keystones. Central half-glazed door with fanlight with radial glazing bars and rusticated surround. First floor string course. Rebuilt C20 conservatory to front kand garage attached to left side with hipped slate roof. Right side has 2 similar 12-pane sashes at ground and first floors, first floor string course and moulded eaves cornice.
