Lime kiln with remains of attached cottage and fish cellar. C18. Slatestone rubble.
3 cell kiln, with 2 access holes to front and one to right side; foundation walls to
left remaining of former 2-room plan cottage, with fish cellar underneath cottage.
Front of kiln has round arched opening, splayed inside with kiln to right and left,
each with round arched access hole, with keystone to left. The front walls of the
kiln are bowed to right and left. Right side has 3rd kiln, round arched access
opening to conical kiln. The walls are battered, with slate string course.
Attached to left, foundation walls of cottage, at lower level to front a blocked
opening with timber lintel, for former fish cellar.
