House. Circa 1800 with C19 and C20 alterations. Brick front, slate-hung and rendered left side, slate roof with ridge cresting and deep eaves with box cornice. Double depth plan with entrance hall to left, 2 rooms to right, rear stair hall to left with rear service wing to left. 3 storeys and one window, ground and first floor have 16-pane sash, 6-panelled door with overlight to left, 3 windows at 2nd floor, central one blind and outer ones 12- pane sashes; ground and first floor windows has gauged brick heads. Interior: Room to front right has moulded plaster cornice. Dog-leg stair with stick balusters in stair hall to rear left. Integral service wing has kitchen at ground floor, retaining moulded mantel to fireplace to left side.
