Net sheds, converted to house, now empty. Circa early to mid C19. Painted and
rendered. Stone rubble with slate roof with hipped ends. Rendered brick chimney
stacks in hipped ends.
Rectangular on plan, interior plan uncertain, but has end stacks and end entrances at
higher ground level. Situated on steeply sloping site with 4 storey and attic to
harbour front and 2 storey and attic at rear facing Warren Street. Built on solid
rock. Regular 3-window harbour elevation with 2 rectangular C19 casements with
glazing bars flanking central 2-light C19 casement. Upper floors with C19 12-pane
sashes beneath brick segmental arches. 2 attic dormer windows with almost flat
roofs, with 12-pane C19 sash on left and 3-light casement with glazing bars on right.
Lean-to porch on left end . Warren Street elevation of 2 storeys with C20
fenestration.
Interior not inspected.
Harbour walls and quay directly to south (qv harbour, Polperro).
Harbour side elevation unaltered since mid C19. See photograph taken in circa 1860s
by Lewis Harding in A Lanyon The Rooks of Trelawne 1976.
