GV II
House with stable or fish store on ground floor, now house with steps and retaining wall to front. Circa mid C18. Rendered stone rubble with slate roof with gable ends. Large stone rubble chimney stack on left-hand gable end. Built into side of hill with main entrance above basement. 2 room plan over cellar with entrance to left of front approached by flight of steps and right-hand room projects forward over cellar doorway. 2 storeys and basement. Picturesque asymmetrical 2-window front. The basement on the right is lit by a 6-pane window and the door to the basement is in the projecting range on right with part glazed early C20 door. First floor with entrance on left set back from adjoining properties and approached by 11 stone rubble and slate steps with rendered stepped stone rubble retaining wall. 6-pane sash near centre and 6- pane sash in projection. Attic with 6-pane sash beneath raking dormer on left. To right, projecting range may have been raised. 6-pane sash. Interior not inspected.
