ST MELLION SX 36 NW 7/208 Barn 70m to north of Pentillie Park Farmhouse GV II

Bank barn. Circa 1860s. Rubblestone with slate roof with gable ends. 2 storeys, symmetrical south east front. Ground floor with 2 small rectangular window openings beneath large granite lintel. String above ground floor. Above, 2 small rectangular openings with slatted timber louvers. Right-hand gable end with long ventilation slit on ground floor and large loft doorway opening on first with granite lintel. Rubblestone steps leading to loft at rear. Included for group value with Pentillie Park Farmhouse.
