U- shaped single depth group built around yard with deeper and taller central barn with shippon under, flanking barns left and right with waggon store under left-hand (south) barn and shippon under right-hand barn. Adjoining at right angles at either end are single-storey buildings on 2 levels on sloping ground. Range to left (south) is stabling and range to right (north) is probably for loose boxes. Central barn has central doorway with old ventilated door and larger loading doorway over with C20 doors. Ground floor windows have slatted ventilators and first floor windows have original 2-light shuttered windows. Barn to right has symmetrical grouping of openings with central doorway and original ventilators and shutters similar to the main barn. Barn to left has 2 wide ground floor openings. Flanking building at right angles to front have mostly original doorway and window openings. Interiors not inspected. A very intact C19 planned farm group in good local materials retaining their original floors, roofs and most of their original roof covering.
